I find your request slightly morbid, entertaining, and curious.
So after much consideration I would like to add my two cents on murderous intents!
Though I'd never kill you- my blades are limited.

Well, personally I wouldn't kill you off from the start. I would slightly drag it out through torment, just because I'm weird and interesting like that. Time frame estimation... a week, I'd say.
Depending on how much noise you make as you suffer, I would chain you to a wall and have a water leakage directly above your head and have the water drip at a consistent rate. This would take up the first three days. Note- I would not feed you, but I'd make sure that you weren't too parched.
Starting day four, I'd take a pair of scissors and would cut segments of your skin off on an hourly basis for the next ten hours. But I would go from right-to-left instead of head-to-toe. I would take a two-hour break, then return to finish off the next half of your body. Hopefully you'd still be somewhat alive and this would conclude day four. Day five I would probably get bored and throw random amounts of salt on you, since you would be a human-formed mass of muscle. Day six (you might still be alive, you might not be, all dependent upon stamina and endurance), I would probably finally have mercy on you and start slitting your major arteries, then wait for you to bleed to death.
Day seven we'd have the funeral! And you would get casablanca lilies on your grave, because I love casablanca lilies.

Yeah... maybe I should start watching TV- it might help the slight craziness I suppose... but I only watch 'House' and 'Boston Legal' and they help increase the cynical-sarcastic inside of me.
I'm already a "Dr.Umeda"/ "Eiri Yuki" personage! I don't need anymore inspiration for cruel and unusual attitudes towards fellow human peers!

I have found two more inspirations of how to add pain.
1) Pierce their cheeks and
2) Sewing their hands together (I personally find this possibility very icky)
Credit for this insipration is due to 'The Kay' (always gives credit where credit is due).
And another thing a friend pointed out was the individual breaking of finger bones. That would add some decent amounts of pain I would figure, right?
