In Daryli (d A rly) the land is ruled by a corrupt government.
The Bounty Hunter Creed, known as just the 'Creed', run everything in the corrupt land. If you went against the Council, a court of 14 members, a bounty was placed on your head and left for the pick up crew. Most live in poverty, or on the run.
In this world there are only 3 kinds of people. The Council, the hunters and the bounty.
Fighting classes are ranged alphabetically, Z- the lowest, and A- the highest. Most decent fighters are C-G rank, A and B are unattainable.
Anything from Demons to Humans to Hybrids are allowed so long as they are not OP. (over powered)
Elemental powers are prefered, but small branch offs, such as metal corruption, shadow, light are acceptable.
