I don't usually go for chibis, but TheDarkestPleasure's line art and coloring made me fall in love with her work. Here, I love the rococo details of the skirt and the way the violet and navy blend so well together in the sorcerer's mascara! The perfectly cinched waist is a great touch to bringing shape to the overall outfit - as are the sparkles in the underskirt. The gleaming crown and shiny shoes are render this piece elegant and tasteful indeed.
