~Multiplying cheat for the Blue and Red versions of Pokemon~
Make sure you have Fly (you get it from the lady in the house above the cycling road) and have been to Cinnabar Island. Take out the item you want to be multiplied and put it in the 6th slot in your items. (this item can be master ball, rare candy, any of the protein, carbos stuff, pp ups) Then fly to Veridean City and talk to the guy that teaches you how to catch a pokemon. Have him teach you how to catch a pokemon and fly to Cinnabar Island. Surf up and down the right side of the island until you find the Missing Number pokemon. (it will not look like a pokemon) Once you find it, run from it and go to the pokemon center and deposit the item you multiplied one by one or it will not work. You will have 30 of the item in your items and you will have 99 of the item in your pc. You can repeat this process numerous times.
