Cause of Death?
I am sorry,
What may have happened?
That would cause such pain
This breach of understanding
I may never believe
But in my heart I know
That eternity has a meaning
To some the end is happiness
But to most a fate awaits
That sheds a light of death
Upon such a noble cause
That may indeed
Be death
Death of love and trust
In this eternity to pass
I shall find my end
However shall I begin?
Begin to die?
My first step shall be
To love another again
To find that place
The place of pain
Eternal mist of heartache
The fog upon my brain
So queasy am I
That death becomes
A welcome sign.
