the cheif (who made the doom patrol by ruining the lives of several normal people to create a team of freaks. his self-image is a head, on a door mat, with a dieing plant strapped onto the top of it),
sinistro in his new outfit, (his card has the sinisto corps oath as the names of most of the powers),
