I-I wrote this poem for my friend Jeff redface
I want to tell you thank you,
for all that you have done.
For staying by my side
instead of trying to turn and run.
Sometimes I get stuck in a rut;
yes, my friend, it's true.
but I manage to pull throught
all because of you.
"Friends are angels who gave up their wings
and came down to Earth to help us to sing."
You gave up your wings to walk next to me,
to help me to laugh and to teach me to sing.
Sent here from Heaven to fill me with cheer;
to take my hand, wipe away every tear.
Thank you, dear angel, for being my friend;
together forever, friends till the end.
