Yuki - Guardian Angel
[Yuki is a character in one of the Role Playing guilds in Gaia, she is mine, so...NO STEALING!!! enjoy the story ^_^)
Fear...fear...fear...fear....
Yuki flew like a bullet through the darkened forest. Magnetically drawn to the fear, she flew faster when a scream pierced the air.
A boy; fifteen years old...tall...black hair...green eyes like the tree leaves. He's bloodied and hurt; defenseless. Yuki smiled as she reached the target. She found the boy, on the ground. Someone towered over him.
The being was knocked down as Yuki barrelled into it. She landed in the grass in front of the frightened boy.
Yuki realized what the being was; just a simple man who was looking for a fight. He was obviously drunk.
He stood, glaring at her. "What are ya'?" he slurred, nose bleeding. "Some kinda freak?!" He charged at her. Yuki kicked him in the gut and threw him against a tree. She walked towards him, lifting him up by the neck. "Listen to me," she said. "You are drunk, this boy does not deserve such violence!" She kicked him in the gut. Fear radiated from the boy. "Leave." She dropped him and the drunk man ran off, whining like a baby.
Yuki turned to the boy and smiled. She held out a hand to him. "ARe you okay?" she asked him sweetly. He stared at her with gorgeous green eyes, full of doubt and fear.
"No need to fear," she said. He hesitated, but soon took her hand. "What is your name?" she asked as she helped him up.
"Eric," he whispered. Yuki smiled and wiped the blood away from his mouth.
"I'm sorry that man caused you so much trouble," she said.
"May I ask...what are you?"
Yuki giggled. "I am a Guardian Angel," she said, spreading her wings. "And now, I am also yours."
"You have to be kidding me!"
Yuki shook her head. "No, Eric. The world you live in is much more than it seems." She leaned forward and pecked him on the cheek. Embarrassment glowed from his soul. Yuki turned, waved, and lifted herself into the air.
