Do you ever wonder why it is that friends stop being friends? Of course there are the obvious answers such as, fighting or drifting apart due to life. But what about, when you're the nicest person in the world to your friend and you think that of them as well, and then one day that person just isn't the same anymore. You know you didn't change...so does that mean the other person has? Might as well tell you the story...
I have been friends' with this girl named Caitlin for the past...5 or 6 years. Her parents wanted her to drop out of high school and move with them to Wyoming...bullshit i know. So she went through a whole bunch of s**t and got thrown out of her house...and me being the nice generous person i am...decided to let her stay at my house free of charge. Then i come home one day from work and discover she just packed all her s**t up and left for Wyoming without even leaving a letter of goodbye. So anyway her father passed away last January due to a bad motorcycle accident and her mother and her were forced to move back here. I have been with this girl through thick and thin and she has entrusted me with all sorts of disgusting secrets. We were good for the few months after her return, but it was some time in July that we just...stopped hanging out. It wasn't my fault at all...i tried calling her and getting in contact with her but she would never return my calls. Its like she just dropped me...and then out of the blue a few days ago, she called me and tried to be all buddy buddy with me saying, "Hey! We should hang out and get high!" WHAT THE ******** b***h?! She doesn't call me or make contact with me for three months and then she expects me to go back to being the "bestest friends"? ******** no...turns out she was ******** my boyfriend behind my back and that was the reason she didn't want to hang out with me anymore. Complete bullshit...
So my real question is to my viewers....Was i a good friend? Did i react correctly?
