Loved ones are those we care for. Those who cheer us up when we are down. Ones such as those are people you can never forget. Until you lose one of those people it's hard to let go of the sadness that clings to our souls and our heart. Those who don't let go are forever in despair. Friends are like loved ones at times. I myself have had a friend that has been murdered. I let it go but it took me weeks. I still remember her to this day. But sometimes I think some of the despair I felt still clings to me.
