An ancient Kekkei Genkai said to rival that of the Rikudou Sennin (Six Realms Sage)'s Rinnengan the Tsuin Reikon is a bloodline only twins can posses. However the story of the Tsuin Reikon starts when an ancient clan attempted to enslave Nibi and failed. Upon their failure the clan was cursed, fond of their heritage the clan were condemned to only ever have one child per family. The clan was devastated as infant mortality rates were already so high. The clan worried for their legacy, with dwindling numbers it looked as though the clan would die out. However, a loophole in Nibi’s curse was that once every 100 years, one lucky mother would bare twins. The first mother was selected at random and her descendants would be the only ones capable of baring the sacred twins. These twins born of this clan and in this manner are unique as thanks to Nibi’s powers, their souls are in perfect sync and unison. It is due to this they are they ultimate fighting pair able to use techniques unique to them and their clan which rely on this spiritual link to work. The twins are united mind, body and soul able to use techniques between themselves. This is the actual Kekkei Genkai, because of the shortlist of actual users, the technique has not been refined and instead relies on the custom jutsu of many different pairs. However the link does not end at the individual pair; the twins are also linked to any previous set of Tsuin Reikon users spirits through a special momument long since lost (think avatar and the avatar state) by using this link twins can gain the knowledge of past pairs and basically develop their bloodline further. This bloodline’s impressive teamwork and show of how shinobi can compliment each other and work together allowed the shinobi villages to develop the concept of ninja squads rather then stand alone warriors.

Together utilizing their link as twins the two boys can fuse each others elements to access fused elements. The fused elements that they can access together are: steam, napalm, magma, ice, and sand.
Mutation:
Kiku and Kai both posses a mutation in the form of the XIIIth division Anbu tattoo that they had received through experimentation. This mutation was initially an experiment by Danzo to create ‘Super Anbu’ however even though it was successful he had no means to control them. This mutation provides almost instant regeneration of any wound or limb except for the head itself. Through the use of this mutation the twins have been called immortal because they seem to be un-killable.

- Tsuin Sensu: Dyuaru Mokushi (Twin Style: Dual Sight)
Using their connection as twins Kiku and Kaigaishii are able to see through each others eyes giving the ability of dual sight. When using this technique it is sort of like a secondary sight and is activated when the need arises for it to be in use. It is highly useful in many situations and is one of the reasons the twins work so well together.
- Tsuin Sensu: Kokoro Rensa (Twin Style: Mind Chain)
Using their connection as twins Kiku and Kaigaishii are basically able to read each others minds. This allows them to form complex strategies quickly as well as communicate without speaking and giving themselves away. This also allows them to speak telepathically and work as one mind. They can pull information as well as give it at a high-speed rate making them one of the best teams imaginable.
- Tsuin Sensu: Rimen Choukou (Twin Style: Reverse Sign)
Using their connection as twins Kiku and Kaigaishii are able to do something most would not expect and that is something they call reverse sign. This ability allows one of the twins to form the hand seals for a technique and the other twin to actually execute the technique. Utilizing the uniqueness of this ability the twins can catch many off guard and create even more strategies as well as techniques.
- Tsuin Sensu: Bigguban Bare-Bo-Ru (Twin Style: Big Bang Volleyball)
One of the twins will create a ball of ki energy (think dbz) in the palm of their hands and hurl it at the enemy. The other twin will position himself on the opposite side of the enemy. When the enemy dodges the attack, the twin will hit it, and send it back at the enemy. Each time it is reflected it will get twice as big, twice as powerful, and twice as fast.
- Tsuin Sensu: Shi-Do Ni (Twin Style: Seed of Duos)
This genjutsu is maintained by juggling it between the minds of the two twins. Becuase the enemy cannot locate a specific mind source of the genjutsu, they will be unable to break it by methods such as the sharingan. Kai release and having an ally put chakra into the afflicted's body will also fail, since as soon as you break from one twins' grip, the other's genjutsu would take over
- Tsuin Sensu: Koutai Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Twin Style: Shift Summoning Technique)
Using their connection as twins Kiku and Kaigaishii are able summon themselves to each other and vice-versa. This technique is quite useful in executing maneuvers and escapes and is used to get out of tight spots.
- Zanzoken (After Image Technique)
In this attack the user moves so fast, they leave an image of themselves behind. Thus, it looks like the user is in several places at once, or has made copies of himself/herself.
- Shukuzu no Jutsu (Miniature Copy Technique)
This technique gives the user the ability to create a miniature clone of himself/herself (A little larger then the size of an ant). These close take almost no chakra to create and can keep enough residual chakra to perform basic jutsu. They are great for spying.
Suiton: Suimenka no Kisoku (Breathing Underwater Technique)
Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no hand seals.
Suiton: Shindo Futan (Water Release: Depth Charge)
A lethal move when used correctly, the opponent must be underwater. After the opponent is fully submersed, the user channels a large amount of chakra into their hands, and using this chakra, creates a large burst of energy, compressing the water momentarily beneath themselves. Due to the non-compressive nature of water, this compression will disperse throughout the body, crushing anything unlucky enough to be near the source. This force can entirely crush even the strongest of opponents, and must be used carefully around wildlife, or it can destroy entire ecosystems. For this reason, it is rarely used except in life or death situations.
Suiton: Doki no Ryuujin (Water Release: Wrath of the Water God) S-rank, Offensive, All Ranges;
After various hand seals, water materializes behind the user in the form of a gigantic dragon's mouth, then explodes upward into the sky as a huge Chinese dragon. The water dragons descends from the sky with the force of a Tsunami and as it impacts the ground it creates a devastating flood and forms numerous whirlpools around the target to drag him to the bottom.
Suiton: Suihou no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Cannon Technique)
Description: A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone.
Suiton: Mizu Kenpa (Water Realese: Water Detection)
A technique in which the user creates a large downpour of rain or very thick fog/mist covering a widespread area. This technique is large enough that it can cover an entire village with its power. Through the power of this technique the user can detect any obstructions in the rain or mist/fog as well as the chakra level and skill of the obstructions. This technique is especially useful in the mist village as the entire village is coveed in a dense mist/fog.
Suiton: Souwa (Water Realese: Saturation)
A techniue used only when the user comes in contact with the opponents body. The user charges up an aura of pure suiton chakra and uses it to hit the opponent with. Upon collision with the opponent their body will then be filled with the chakra which will then turn to water and drown the opponent from the inside. This process takes a few seconds of collision to complete.
- Suiton: Satsu Kawa (Water Realese: Splitting Stream)
The user uses a one handed hand seal and procedes to control a stream of extremly fast water with two fingers. This water is so fast that it can not only create cuts and gashes but sever limbs if it is used right.
Doton: Doton Tsuchi Tsunami no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Giant Wave Technique)
Description: After a long series of seals, the user puts his hand on the ground and molds a massive amount of chakra into it. A large, tsunami size wave of earth and rock rises up in front of the user and crashes forward, doing immense damage to the landscape. It is the same size as the Yougan Tsunami no Jutsu.
Doton: Shindoryuudan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Earth Dragon God Blast)
Description: In this more advanced jutsu, the user slaps their open palm into the ground and it begins to shake. A large, bronze dragon head peaks out of the ground and roars to reveal its lengthy stone body. Then it dives back under, traveling to the opponent through the ground. When it finally reaches the opponent it shoots up in full dragon form and smashes into them with an enormous force, exploding on contact. The explosion causes the dragon's bronze body to move outward with immense force.
Doton: Ikiumeru no Jutsu (Alive Burial Technique)
Description: By performing a series of hand seals, the user can make the ground underneath the target come alive, and split open. The earth will swallow the target like quick sand, while a large gap is made to pull the target into. When the entire target is underground, the ground grows solid again; leaving the target buried alive underground.
Batoujutsu: Hidari, Soriddo Yurasu- Left Hand, Solid Rock
The first of Kaigaishii's very own brand of sword forms; this stance relies on the fact that it is in the user's dominant hand of orientation. This stance is just for blocking as the grip on the sword is solid like rock (hence the name) and ideal for parrying blows from the opponent.
Batoujutsu: Migi, Ranningu Mizu - Right Hand, Running Water
The second of Kaigaishii's very own brand of sword forms; this stance uses a less strong grip on the sword and instead relies on small flowing movements to attack, this offensive stance is graceful with mostly grand winding movements from the wrist and elbow rather then from the shoulder, however the shoulder is incorporated for larger attacks and the like. These movements that flow like water give the form it's name.
- Maguma Sensu: Bakuhatsu (Magma Style: Eruption)
A fusion style technique that both twins use together, the field will be completely covered in what looks like a sea of lava. The twins can then use further techniques from this lava however they themselves are immune to their own lava.
- Maguma Sensu: Maguma Koutai (Magma Style: Magma Shift)
Using their abilities to use fusion techniques the twins can create cold magma that looks like normal ground itself. However at any time thye can shift the magma to it its superheated form. This techniue also gives the ability to control and manipulate the magma at will however the twins must be in perect synch to do this to its fullest potential.
- Maguma Sensu: Maguma Doshaburi (Magma Style: Magma Downpour)
Performing a long string of handseals a crimson set of clouds will appear over the battle field. Each twin will hold half a handseal and they will sepearte positions resuming their battle as normal. However from the crimson cloud will rain large drops of pure molten magma that will burn through the opponents skin on contact most likely killing them if too many drops hit. The distance between drops will be about 3 inches however while both twins hold handsels it will rain endlessly.
- Maguma Sensu:Maguma Nami (Magma Realese: Magma Wave)
Doing a set of dual handseals a large tidal wave of magma will rise from the ground and fly towards the opponent colliding with them.
- Yuge Sensu: Sauna Kashaku (Steam Style: Sauna Torture)
Using their ability to use steam techniques the twins can create a giant field of steam that covers a very large area. While in the steam will get hotter and hotter and their bodies will constantly begin to overheat and if they stay in the steam too long their blood will boil and they will eventually die (6 Posts Total- Switch out after the 6th post). However because of excessive use of the steam the twins can stay in the steam for a while longer without dieing (8 Posts Total - Switch out after the 8th post). Nevertheless because of the drawbacks to this technique one twin must stay outside of the large field allowing the twins to switch when overheated. Due to this fact most of the twins combonation techniques are rendered inneffective.
- Yuge Sensu: Ruikei Kansen (Steam Style: Total Infection) -S-
Due to their usage of steam the twins can emit high pressure and temperature steam from any pore in their body to form a deadly taijutsu style or block attacks. However this techniques limits does not stop at simply expelling steam form their pores. They are able to turn into the steam itself and transport anywhere inside the steam they wish. This does have a strenuous effect on their body and tires them out a faster than normal.
- Suna: Sabaku Rō (Sand Style: Desert Prison)
A huge mass of sand rushes out to imprison the enemy. I haven't read back to Part I for a while, but Gaara uses this against Deidara in an effort to stop the Akatsuki shinobi's movements. Sabaku Rou is HUGE--it looks almost like the Shukaku's claw, in fact.
- Suna: Sabaku Fuyuū (Sand Style biggrin esert Sand Floating(Desert Suspension)
Gaara uses sand to levitate himself in the air. Versus Deidara, he hops onto this flying wave of sand, so he can fight the bird-mounted Deidara. Gaara can also levitate a sphere-shaped shield of sand in the air, as he shows in the same fight. This shield, probably sourced from his automatic sand shield, is extremely quick.

A piller of sand extends into the air without the enemy knowing it was Gaara's intension and the confident victim is ingulfed by another extending piller, then the two pillers collide then expand and then they implode in on eachother, crushing the traped victim
- Suna: Suna Shigure (Sand Style: Sand Drizzle)
Gaara rains sand down on his opponent from above, and an alternative way to lead up to Sabaku Sousou. The wide range of this jutsu can coat the entire area in sand, which gives Gaara the ability to attack from nearly everywhere. Gaara uses this jutsu to prove Kimimaro wrong when the other smirks that Gaara cannot attack if there is no sand on the ground.
- Suna: Shin Sabaku (Sand Style: Sousou True Desert Funeral)
Using a huge amount of sand, Gaara consumes himself in the sand, thus creating a Giant Gaara made of sand that will do everything that the ingulfed Gaara does, then the giant Gaara holds the enemy down and implodes, crushind the enemy.
- Hyoton: Oni Aisu Eda (Ice Realese: Demonic Ice Limbs)
The user will create a layer of ice a layer of ice on one of their own limbs freezing it solid and using it as a blunt weapon. As members of this clan are sue to the ice they can takle and not get frostbite.
- Hyoton: Shiro no Meirosendo (Ice Release: Maze of the White Death) [Rank S]
In what may be considered Ryuujin's ultimate technique, he will form twenty unique hand seals. From there, ice will begin to rise from the water around the opponent, and suddenly, a brilliant flash of white light will occur. When the light ends, the opponent will be trapped in what is essentially a maze of a thousand crystal ice mirrors, and Ryuujin can attack from any of them.
- Hyoton: Makyo Hyoshinrin (Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Forest) [Rank A]
The "ultimate form" of Hyoton: Makyo Hyosho, this technique involves one hundred ice mirrors instead of twenty, leaving virtually no escape.
Kusa Sensu: Mitsugimono (Grass Style: Tribute)
A forbidden technique known only to the highest rank of ninjas in Kusagakure no Sato. This allows the user of this technique to draw lifeforce and chakra from all the plants and animals in the area. The user must remain stationary for a three minutes and constantly hold a handseal to draw in the energy. After the 5 minutes have passed the ninja will have a full chakra container however if stopped early it will only turn the gathered ammount into chakra. At one minute it will be C ranked(2 post), at 2 minutes(3 posts) it will be B ranked, at 3(4 posts) minutes it will be A ranked and at 5(7 posts) minutes it will be S ranked. *This can only be used for ten minutes per battle.

Background History:
Kiku and Kai were twins born to an ancient clan that was cursed by Nibi to only have one child per family. Nevertheless once every 100 years a set of twin’s were born and Kiku and Kai were born these twins. Kiku and Kai were blessed with the ability to be the perfect twins allowing themselves to row and bond from birth. As they grew older they lived as normal boys however at the age of 7 they were kidnapped by a man named Danzo. Danzo and his Anbu had raided his village only to kidnap them and bring them to Kusagakure no Sato. Once they arrived in Kusagakure they were introduced to many other children with rare bloodlines. They were soon exiled from all of the other children only be told they were going to start training to become the leaders of an Anbu division known as the XIIIth division. Upon the commencement of their training the two were experimented on and given a mutation which signified their status. This mutation took the form of unique Anbu tattoo’s on their arm showing everyone who they were. However as their training started they were also given new code names as he leaders of this secret division; XIII and XIV. The two boys were adjusting to life in Kusagakure and had started their training becoming quick learners and advanced fighters. It was as the time went on and on that their memories of their former life faded and their skill only grew. However one day while out on a mission they had found a report on their history that had told them everything. They had not only learned about their kidnapping but about whom Danzo really was and everything else. Danzo had been collecting children with rare bloodlines to make into the ultimate fighters in order to take over leadership of Konohagakure and eliminate the Hokage. However this was done in Kusagakure because this all had to be done in secret away from the village. All of these missions they went on to capture their targets were actually the subjects of Danzo’s experiments. Along with all of the other information they learned the twins were outraged and planned to lave the facility. One night the twins had rebelled against their squad on the mission killing all those who did not wish to go with them and then heading back to the base. Once at the base they proceeded to destroy all of Danzo’s experiments and all future Anbu before fleeing the scene. Now roaming the land the twins plan to catch up on a lot of their missed youth by having a little fun in the world.
