Someone who would rather be together
Even if we're all alone
Instead of wasting all my time
By talking on the phone
Someone who loves me for who I am
And not for what I have
Someone who, if I forget my wallet
Woudn't leave me there to starve
Someone who always seems to know
How to make me smile
Instead of turning me around and changing my clothes
Because they hate my style
Someone who let's me be myself
No matter where we are
Instead of keeping me silent
Trying to pass me off as some sort of star
Someone I can kiss and hug
In front of public eye
Instead of one quick moment
And leaving it at goodbye
Someone I can tell "I love you"
And look them in the eye
But most important, is that they say it back
And we both know its no lie
