So much for sleep patterns
Every summer I would have the damndest sleep pattern. I stay up till 4 in the morning then sleep till noon then feel like Ive wasted half the day. This summer was pretty well the same till August. Then I tried to start getting to bed no later than midnight and be up no later than 9. It's been working well till a few days ago. I pretty well slipped into the old routine. Now here it is 3 am. I've gone to bed twice with no luck. I tried to just go to sleep at 8 and that didn't work so I got back up at 9 and stayed up till almost midnight. That again didn't work and I got up at 1:30. I've been up since then. I just can't get comfortable and I can't clear my mind. I feel a little drowsy, but not enough to fall asleep. If this keeps up I'll probably fall asleep as the sun comes up and get really pissed off when I wake up. Plan B would be to just drink a lot of coffee and stay up till tonight. I figure about the time Noon rolls around though I will be exhausted.
