So yesterday I saw the Dark Knight. I know it's old news. Anyway I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I made a lot of jokes of Heath Ledger. All in all he did a good job. That's not just Heaths acting, but also how the writer wrote his part. I liked Jack Nicholson as the joker (even though I think Jim Carey would have been a better choice). The problem with that joker was his part as it was written. He's supposed to be a few screws loose. It was amusing seeing a silly wacky villan again. Caesar Romero did a great job, but that was way back in the 60's when the hits were super fake. Still he made a good joker.

Anyway back on topic Dark Knight was a pretty good movie, but not anywhere near as good as what it was hyped up to be. I also find it odd how I never heard that two face would be in the movie as well. I figured it right off the bat though when the new DA was named Harvey Dent. I don't watch much Batman, but I can still remember that name. biggrin

Well now I'm watching Mask of the Phantasm. I really liked the animated series because of how wacky the Joker was. I also find it funny how excluding Batman Beyond and Dark Knight it seems like Gothem City is perpetually in the 1940's. The one with Jack Nicholson looked like it took place in the 1940's, yet the opening scene showed a robber stealing an AmEx card when AmEx didn't make credit cards till almost the 60's.
