Dude, this is awesome. I'm keeping up with the Stones more and now since they have released a single, I thought that in today's music industry, it wouldn't do so well even though I thought it to be a great song. To my delightful surprise, it's debuted at #2 on the Hot Billboard 100. ******** GREAT NEWS.
So now people are actually interested? This might be another number one hit. Hopefully, I will be all psyched. I was like "Well I'll be damn." I don't know if it'll get airplay which would help it immensely, but knowing these stations around here, they probably won't do it. Which I think sucks because it would be nice to hear Stones music not just on them Classic Rock stations.
I would really like to hear it on the radio and proclaim, "THE STONES ARE BACK BITCHES. SUCK ON IT AND EAT IT." I'm a bit worried that the Stones will cease to exist soon because of that their doing all these things makes me paranoid that their getting ready to retire. I totally would like to go to a concert, but knowing my luck, it won't be happening... unless I take a time machine.
Also, I'll be sure to watch Jimmy Fallon's show since it will be Stones week and it will rock. Hopefully this doesn't turn out like that crap a** American Idol thing. It was like a night of bad karaoke songs. Complete with horrible dances. Also, Keith Urban on the Stones? What the hell?
This is probably one of the exciting parts of the year.
