Mitsu woke up with a start as Saru sat up melting through her. She sat up beside him and whispered "Good morning." She had forgotten that it'd come out as a hiss though and remembered the moment she said it. Saru shivered as he slipped his shirt off and shook his head. Mitsu continued to sit there watching as she picked up the stuffed dog and held it in her lap. Saru stretched and trudged to his bathroom silently. Mitsu followed close behind still gripping the dog as she followed in his shadow. He slid down his pajama bottoms and briefs. Mitsu stood there, normally this would have embarrassed her, but since what he'd done to her, she didn't feel a need to be embarrassed by this. She sat down on the floor placing the dog on her head as Saru looked at himself in the mirror. He tugged at his face. He looked as if he hadn't slept in days. He slept all night last night though, Mitsu knew he had. Rubbing his eyes again he turned the shower water on, as he caught a glimpse of a floating stuffed dog in his mirror. He turned hastily causing Mitsu to jump up startled. The dog fell off her head hitting the floor with the sound of beads rolling around. The dog had fallen onto a a fan vent that had sliced into it's neck. A couple beads poured out onto the carpet, and a few others fell down into the vent. Saru shook as he ran over to the dog and picked it up. "Mitsu..." He whispered quietly. He had named the dog after her. Mitsu filed in behind him and leans on his hunched over back. He rubbed his finger against the small gash in the stuffed dogs neck and laid it on the counter. He sighed again and grabbed a needle and thread quickly as steam began rising from the shower. I'll fix it when I get out he thought. Saru headed back into the shower, sliding the glass door shut behind him. Mitsu went over to the dog and picked up the needle and thread as she slowly began stitching it back together. Before closing it completely she put the beads she could find back in it. She held her hand over the dog hoping that maybe as the walking dead she'd have some sort of unique power. She did in a way, the fur grew back over the thread to where it looked as if nothing ever happened. Carefully Mitsu went back into Saru's room and laid the dog down on his bed. She waited for him to return. About thirty minutes later he came out of his bathroom a confused look on his face. When he spotted the dog his eyes widened, he went and grabbed it inspecting its neck. "Lila was right, I really am going insane.." he said shaking his head as the towel fell off and he went in search of his school uniform. Mitsu laid there, her hands behind her head as she looked around his room. There was two windows, and one would have a perfect view of the moon when it was out. She continued looking out the window. It certainly wasn't a pretty day in a normal persons perspective, but in hers it was perfect. The rain was falling from the darkened sky like little needles. So fast, yet visible, and the sound echoed off the roof tops. She buried her face in his pillow waiting for him to finish up. It smells like him... she thought gripping it tighter. That's when she heard his bedroom door open. She jumped off the bed and ran after him. "Bye mom..." He called into his living room as he headed out of the house into the pouring rain. Mitsu followed him, hovering over top of him. He didn't seem to notice anything odd, he just kept his eyes adverted to the ground kicking rocks and pebbles as he went along in the rain allowing it to soak his body. Finally arriving to school he came in soaked. Lila was right there waiting for him. Her normal crew wasn't with her today it was some new girl. "Oh, there he is Tani!" She called running to him. "Huh?" He asked wearily as he looked up at Lila. "Saru this is Tani. Tani this is my boyfriend Saru." "Boyfriend?" He asked. Lila nodded "Yes, boyfriend. Don't you remember silly?" She asked childishly. Mitsu scoffed as she leaned against a locker. And this is a Christian school she thought. Great example of Christians they have here. A bunch of slutty bitches in skirts as a uniform, and good for nothing liars. This is just what God is looking for. Maybe there isn't a God, maybe it really is Buddha and these bitches are going to be the virgins he gives away. Thought Mitsu rolling her eyes. Tani nodded to Saru, and smiled warmly, "It's nice to meet you." She said happily. Saru nodded back adding politely "You too." Saru walked over to his locker shoving his Ipod and unnecessary books into it and shut it walking away with Lila to class. Mitsu stayed behind at his locker till he left. Once out of side she reached her hand into his locker unlocking it and opened it. She grabbed his Ipod and the attached headphones, turned, and ran down the hallway to the class he was in. Once there she leaned against the outside wall and put the headphones in as she began to listen to music and scroll through pictures. She could still hear Lila talking to Saru, and the teacher trying to teach. She could hear and do things she couldn't as human, but she had also lost certain things... She continued scrolling through the pictures, most were of her. Pictures of her smiling, pictures of her art, even vulgar pictures that they had swapped with one another. He had promised to never slander her, so she trusted him. Even after her death and he had left her, he hadn't slandered her. At least that said something about him. She waited hour by hour, hiding and following him from class to class. She had already learned people could see the objects she carried. It was time to stop hiding in the shadows though and take action against Lila. She went back to Saru's locker putting his Ipod back in it and drifted through classrooms until she found the class he was in. Chemistry. She smirked, it always was his worst. Now time to try touching other humans, she thought with a wide grin.
