What goes up, but at the same time goes down, up to the sky and down to the ground, my present tense and my past tense too, lets go for a ride just me and you...what am i?
Something that goes up and down at the same time... it would have to have two parts, one that goes up while the other goes down. Present tense and past tense... must be a play on words. Two and only two people on a ride... There are only a few rides that only two people can use.
The only thing I can think of that would apply to the first and last clues is a See-Saw, and that also happens to apply to the second clue.
