This requiem has been overcome by fear...
Apparently there was a brawl over next door last night. I never suspected anything, since over next door there's always those hardcore partying types that don't give a ******** about their neighbours who are trying to sleep at night. But apparently, at 4 in the morning there was a fight or something... lots of broken glass, blood... a few police cars and an ambulance. From what I'm told, someone has died.
Update: It was actually gatecrashers. And nobody died. That was just someone else's paranoia setting in. But apparently the same people went around a whole bunch of houses... it was on the news last night. I no longer feel safe.
Ah well. To Mayfil with me then.
