His powers tend to reflect a more angelic side, but his form of revenge and punishment for those who cross him leave no doubt to his demonic side. He has fangs but he hides them well enough.

Markings: This small symbol is on his forehead, though it only appears when he is using a large concentration of his angelic or demonic powers, and he has three jagged zigzag-ish scars going from each cheekbone down to his chin, as if his dark father dig his claws into dev’s cheek and dragged his nails through the flesh down to the chin (which he did). With both the symbol and scars they rarely appear, and he can vanish them at will. He has the symbol more often than the scars.
Jewelry: chokers, for the sake of irony he sometimes wears a black one with a Celtic cross at the hollow of his throat

Other form(s): he has one black angel wing and one white angel wing whose feathers are soft to his husband and children and those that he trusts, but razor-sharp to anyone else. This is his preferred other form, but in his pure form, his true self, he has the same wings, his scars on his face, the glowing symbol on his brow, and milky white eyes, for in his truest form he is blind. In that form he sees shades and colored blurs with his mind and he can sense the presence of other life forms and he can exterminate or shield them with a wave of his hand. He is fast and can fly great distances and to great heights, faster than human eyes can track.
In his demon form he has two black angel wings, his scars, his fangs and sharper nails, and black eyes with a ring of crimson separating the pupil from the rest of the equally black eye.
In his angelic form he has six white angel wings, his symbol glows on his forehead (a stigma, a mark to let his fellow angels know he is tainted by the blood of his dark father even despite the blood of his light father), crystal blue eyes, his hair lengthens to his butt, and he gains a silver circlet that rests around his forehead slightly above the glowing symbol.

Relationships: His brother is also his husband, and Damian and Devlin are loyal only to each other for fear of their spouse’s jealous rage killing any potential lovers.
Personality: ] Devlin is confident, proud, fierce, strong, loyal, dark, dangerous, protective, slow to anger, and tends to brood sometimes. He has a very caring, nurturing, and protective personality when it comes to children and animals and his brother/husband. Other than that he’s often cold, distant, and sometimes even indifferent in order to protect himself and others. Until he gets to know and trust you. Then he’ll laugh with you, drink with you (though it takes an immense amount of alchohol to get him even tipsy), train with you (weapons or hand-to-hand), fly with you (think dragons), etc. He’s very calm and level-headed in almost any situation, and he uses logic to win arguments. He’s got a brilliant mind and he uses it to his advantage. He’s also an amazing strategist. He is, among all this, a great father. He cherishes his children and he makes sure they know it, and there is nothing he wouldn’t do for them.
On the flip side, when he actually manages to become angry, all hell breaks loose. Quite Literally. He can torture just as well as his dark father when the mood strikes him, though he normally finds it distasteful, even for those his light father sends to hell. But in his dark state Devlin wields great and terrible power and takes much pleasure in causing pain to those who oppose him, and no one, not even Lucifer himself, can withstand him for very long. Even then, in such a fury, he would never even consider harming his children. His brother/husband yes, his children no, and as such Damian has been damaged by him in the past. And vice versa, he has also been damaged by Dame.
