An Úll Cuannacht
Candaí agus corcairdhearg á croch de an duillear beannaithe mealltach tá an crann gcogarar Tá ruíbín imir coirt dúl a bheith agat i clúdach gach agus sainmhíniú thú Geiteann do béal go fliuch agus tá tnúth go réamhbhlas an milis agus rúnda eolas Ó an craobh thú stróic faoi dheifir Tóg thú gach greim as an úll lióneann thú le beatha agus druideann thú múscailte Tá an tinteán thú de druideann an fómhar óngarach ar tá an úll amhail sin seo uair as an bliain
