A comic by any other artist would smell just about the same.
But it wouldn't be as pretty. Yes, pitifull sun-bleached maggot mongers, the fabled day has come- I now own EVERY COMIC made by the Almighty Jhonen Vasquez. The comic book store finally got in my copy of The Bad Art Collection, AND they even had a copy of an exclusive poster from Comicon this year made by the Spongy One himself. It was in the back room, and the self-appointed lord of the comics (aka dude who works there) told me they'd been saving it, but he knew I'd want it. And he let me have it for a mere five dollars. Then he, Mom, and the nerdy guys by the Marvel comics started laughing at me 'cos I nearly passed out when he pulled it out. IT'S SO PRETTY!!!!!!!!!! Now the problem is, it's an odd shape (about one foot tall and four feet wide) so I can't get a frame for it unless I have one made. I gurgle with fury.
