The time spent in your arms was forever.
A love so strong that I could see nothing else.
A love that eminated from us when we were together.
But now I find this place dark as I sit by myself.

You're gone and I'm alone, it's that easy.
I find myself letting go of what we were.
But these memories of you won't seem to leave me.
When in truth I wish they were all a blur.

A blur of reality mixing with fantasy.
A chance to know you are some where near.
To feel as if you were beside me.
But then I wake up alone in my biggest fear.

The fear of the lose of you is what's real.
I want to lose reality for it's you I miss.
There's no way to hide the pain I feel.
To hide that yearning for bliss.

The bliss only you could provide.
With that kiss of love and wanting.
The lies which only you could deny.
But now the pain is taunting.

It calls to me and seeks my soul.
To replace the darkness that I've lost.
To make my heart once more cold;
Has become this fears cost.

A cost I will pay without a complaint.
Not a tear will shed no matter how bad I feel.
Because you loved me without restraint.
You showed me love could be real.
