sneak peek of my new RP story 'Phoenix Rising'

"Don't you dare tell me what to do with her!" He shouted angrily.

"If I don't, she'll die!" He snarled, glaring furiously at him.

Kiba bared his teeth, lifting his tail high, his fur bristling like spikes.

Phoenix snarled, baring his fangs, lifting his tail as well.

"Kiba..." Her voice croaked, silencing the snarls.

The white wolf padded swiftly to the female wolf's side, worry taking over him.

"Love, don't fight. Not now." Nikki pleaded hoarsely, grasping his hand.

He took her hand, squeezing it in his.

"It's OK. Just get some sleep. Go to sleep." Kiba assured her quietly, looking at her worriedly.

"That's my boy." She smiled tiredly, making him smile as well.

He smiled sadly, leaning to kiss her forehead gently before he stood.

"Phoenix can you heal her?" Kiba ordered.

"Sure," the dark grey wolf nodded, walking to the couple and kneeling beside the girl, hovering his palms over her body as he began to heal his comrade.
