So the other day I decided that my old wallpaper on Myspace should be removed. The old wallpaper was a photoshopped picture of my school. Since I graduated a while back I figured it was finally time to change it. I wanted a Splinter Cell wallpaper since I like the game series so much. I especially wanted something from Chaos Theory. Ubisoft used to have a website dedicated to Splinter Cell and mini sites dedicated to each Splinter Cell game. For some reason they took all of that out. Now all they have is one Splinter Cell site dedicated to Conviction which is soon to be released. So I had to go and search elsewhere for a wallpaper. Splinter Cell has a tendency to be black and green themed for their pictures so I had to alter various colors from blue to black or green. I'm not quite sure why I even bother with the profile since I'm never on myspace at all. I guess it's because I like the coded profile system. I think facebook is a better site, but I hate the bland profile system.

I like the coded system. I don't know CSS coding, but I half made my profiles both on myspace and on gaia. I started with an existing code then altered it using what I knew about HTML. Myspace I borrowed about half of a friends profile code. On gaia I took the Cowboy Bebop profile from tektek. Where it has #457CDC or some s**t like that it's a color code. You can look up a color code online and change those colors as you see fit. The images were simple. You find an image URL which usually ends in .jpg .gif or .png then you paste the URL in your browser. If you find a picture you want to replace you just upload a new picture to tinypic or whatever than replace the URL.

I've been out of programming practice for a while. I should try to get back into it. My website was supposed to switch servers months ago, but I've been too lazy.
