His hand came swiftly across her face. Maya could feel her cheek begin to grow hot. She took a shaky step back with her hand to her face, her eyes filled with sadness, disappointment, and shock. The man she proclaimed her love to years ago, stared at his hand with a look of shock. "Maya...Maya, please...I didn't mean it." He took a step toward her and lifted his hand again. Maya took another step back, and her emerald eyes began to water. "Maya..." He reached out to her, to try and comfort her, but she turned and ran through the humongous oak doors, and into the forest beyond them. "No, Maya!" He ran after as fast as he could, but she knew these woods by heart, making it so that she had the advantage. She eventually disappeared between the trees. He stopped and turned around, obviously lost. "MAYA!" He slumped to the ground with his head down. After a few seconds of silence, he punched the ground as hard as he could. His knuckles started to bleed, and when he looked up, he was crying. The only word that came from his mouth, was one he would never forget. "...Maya..." 	Story thingy: A young girl stood about 5 feet away from Lana, with a hand behind her back. She pulled out a handgun and pulled the trigger. Lana stood her ground as the bullet entered her abdomen and killing her unborn child. As she fell to the ground, another bullet pierced her heart. As she lay on the hard floor a pool of blood surrounded her. The girl that shot her, threw the gun into a corner of the room, and turned her back. That was Lana's chance. She lifted out her own handgun and shot her former friend through the back of her skull. As the girl fell to the ground, Lana's hand drooped and her eyes became hazy. Her beautiful dark curls were matted with blood. Long forgotten tears slid down ivory cheeks as she thought of her unborn child. Blood continued to flow through the two gaping holes. Footsteps pounded up the stairs outside the door, as a man burst into the room, breathing heavily. When he saw Lana, his eyes widened in shock. He stumbled over to her, and fell to his knees beside her. He said something, but she could not make it out. His voice was too distant, and slowly she closed her eyes. The blood from her wounds, slowed, and then stopped. Now, the tiny room was considered hers, seeing as how it was her blood, that stained the once ivory carpet. 	Another story thingy: I slowly made my way down the long dark hallway of an old mansion. Numerous dusty suits of armor, lining this hall, loomed over me in a forboding manner. I soon reached the end only to be greeted by two huge oak doors. Many complicated patterns coverd the mahogany wood of the door, and I, being curious, examined them. I didn't know that if you touched them, you'd die...I swear I didn't know. The doors opened, and I became afraid. I tried to run, but my legs were frozen. I tried to scream or yell as a blade pierced through my stomach, but no sound came out. Who would be able to hear me? I was miles away from the nearest town, no one would be able to hear my screams of pain and terror. It was then that I died.
