I wrote a new song last night! It's a duet for [preferably] Jaimie and I. No, it's not a love song you sickos who read my one entry I will not repeat. It's called 'Sad Melody.' Girl one has likes this one guy. Girl two says he's a freaking a. Girl one ignores her. Piano solo. whee Girl one comes back and admits she was terribly wrong about him. She comes back to Girl two and the agree to warn others.
It's better than it sounds, I promise.
I like the piano opening. It goes from F-A-C-F-G-B [major] slowly to a minor key. The notes begin to drag more and more, and finally pickup. Then Girl two begins to sing. It's fun to sing, too. I really like it. It has a message.
We have NO basketball today! Whoo! I'm so glad we don't, because we didn't have practice on Tuesday, so a few of the girls would be partially clueless.
Annette is promoted to best friend. She practically worships everything that I draw from IZ. It's really weird, but she's funny and nice and gets along with most people. I'm really glad she and I are friends now. As I said in my last entry, she's invited to my party.
Yesterday at lunch, Sam didn't say a word. It was kind of unnerving, like we were all on her hit list now or something. Spooky.
Speaking of lunch, Jaimie is now officially sitting at our table! Yay! I love Jaimie so much, and now I have another person to talk to at lunch. Laura and Davis are normally talking, so that leaves me and Sam. I still love Sam and everything, but I see her virtually everyday. The excitement wears off, and now she has stopped speaking to me at lunch. Laura says it may have something to do with this journal. I don't know why. I refuse to hold back what I have to say.
Back to the topic. Now I have someone to talk to at lunch. It makes me very, very happy.
I'm reading The Stand by Stephen King for my book report in Reading. All you who have read it- Does Randall Flag have a face or doesn't he? It's confusing. I know he's the devil and stuff, but the face thing is confusing, and when I ask my mom she laughs and says 'You'll see.'
13 chapters later- No see. Thank you Mom. I love you, too.
I'm listening to Little House by The Fray. I love this song!
'In every line, she can't decide Everything short of suicide Never hurts Any worse'
It's a really good song. I recommend it to all of you.
I'm making my party invitations. I've decided on a mini-masquerade theme. They invitations look like Marti Gras masks [I hope.] They're green, yellow, purple, and a little bit of red. Each one looks different. They're really cool looking. I'm going to have fun handing them out.
See you later!
Your lord and master, Lois
