What has befallen you, Paladin knight?
Your face to the sky, eyes no longer bright
The pain in your heart, I feel it too
And wonder what has befallen you
Your eyes tell me to forgive and forget
Forget and forgive, but yet...
In your eyes I see the sadness and pain
of one who is lost, one with no gain

Oh Requiem, will you speak to me?
Tell me of what has befallen your heart
Of the sadness that your memories hold
And the blood burning bright in the dark
The warmth of your hand has faded away
You weep into the dark, I hear
Yet when I look into your eyes
I see there's no more fear

Fear, my dear? Oh yes, I fear
Afraid of troubles black and old
Or requiems and bitter grief
And their tales best left untold
That lonley night so long ago
Those dreams that I once had
The happiness that I once owned
The memory shall fade

And one day, far away from now
Will I find you once again?
Will you smile upon my face
And not leave me again

One day I'll join you soon
But for now, as the deep sky darkens
I forget with the rise of the moon

I bid thee goodbye. And I can only pray that you sort everything out. Only pray that you'll come back for me one day. You will me to forget, in exchange for your life. I will hold you to your word. Come back for me some day. For i will always be waiting.
