John looked over the bridge of the U.N.S.C destroyer Shadow Hunter the only know destroyer to have defeated over half of a Radian armada. although this was his ship, his home, he liked the frontline. When he was born he was gifted with not only a flame red hair or icy blue eyes, but electrokinesis.
When he first started out on this ship a old friend said "So the ship fired over twenty gallons of hot coffee into space fired at a Radian capital ship, when the coffee hit the Radian ship the ship master said "What was that?" the first mate said "I think the humans just defecated on us."". John chuckled a little in this war many human lives had been destroyed.
"Sir." Jack Roberts his navigations officer said in a horrified voice "We have Radian slipspace contact seems we have five ship incoming." the navigations officer's voice calmed down he knew they were safe. the Shadow Hunters shields were at full and they had the five major weapon systems online. The powerful M.A.C gun, projectile weapons, laser weapons, Spectrum missile pods, plasma torpedo, and the destroyer’s fusion cannon.
"Leon bring all weapons on to life." John said to Leon Jackson his weapons officer “Linda tell me how much power is need to have the M.A.C. gun online?" John asked Linda Parker was his officer in charge of his power.
"Sir, it will take a few minutes." She said she had survived three encounters with the Radians they killed never captured. Luckily they had that time most times they were screwed if the Radians attacked because they would jump right into the fight.
As the weapons came to life the Radian ship came into range.
"Fire M.A.C. rounds one through three!" John shouted to Leon. The three rounds fired with a roar as loud as thunder, the first flared the shield of the Radian capital ship Crusader of light. A second later the second M.A.C. round it the unshielded patrol ship Unyielding Hierophant, utterly destroying the unshielded ship. the third shot passed by the Radians ship without a scratch.
Jay, John's only friend on the ship walked up to him and reported.
"You wanted me out of cryo?" Jay said he was the same rank a John but lost his ship a few hours ago trying to defended the planet Rothon a home world of the Radian's slaves.
Just as Jay finished his sentence a large slipspace disturbance caught the eyes of everyone on the bridge, a huge ship far bigger then most Radian capital ships. the four remaining Radian ships cowered behind the huge ship.
"Fire all rounds, everything I want that damn ship out of the sky. Now!" John ordered knowing the ships engine could not take it. "Even the fusion cannon." He added with no thought, Linda knew they would die from this. the fusion cannon basically fired the engine at the enemy screwing any ship.
After every round missile bullet and plasma torpedo, the ship's fusion cannon fired the purple light ran a high speed run at the enemy ship taking the light with every inch. After the dust cleared, the little ships were gone, alien shields for the grand ship that just arrived. The Shadow Hunter was dead in the water not even God couldn't save them now
