- This is art, it's a form of abstract art. I personally don't care much for the faded out lil stars, they're a lil distracting to me. But I like it. This would make a great piece of decor for a room.

I personally like it.
Art isn't about 'lines and pictures' more than it is about creating.
The different hues and colors used in this keeps your eyes moving and one interested in a picture.
On no ever stated art had to be 'pretty' or even something that can actually be recognized as something.
As for the comment about design.. Yes, it could be considered design, but I have taken design in college one of the first things they teach you is that design IS art.... -nods-

- And finally: There is no question that it is, indeed, a bunch of circles put together (to be fair, there's also some pentagrams) created by a child. The "put it up ur butt" preemptive defensiveness is a good indication of that.

- This doesn't count as "art" so much as design. Okay, so, maybe it's that special kind of non-representational pseudo-abstract art. The kind that's meant to coordinate with a certain room's decor. To look good next to the couch. Even so it isn't particularly compelling or interesting.
