Im just gonna say what everyones thinking. This isnt that good. You probibly already know this. No ones perfect at drawing (Not even I) But I saw you got the right idea. I saw the hardest thing for me is drawing people. Took me a LONG time to get ahold of it. But you have a good base on it, now you must practice and build it up!
Everything else in the picture looks good!
