Good job with your basic anatomy, and the wrinkles of the clothing are well-placed too.
Her hair and ribbons came out very well.
The only thing that I would reccommmend, is to add some of the motion into her clothes, not just the ribbons. It's usually on the trickier side to accomplish, but once you've mastered distributing motion evenly throughout a picture, then you can make just about any picture look spectacular.
