It's not very bad, but it's basically just the reference pic with a couple color differences. And it looks REALLY messed up without skin color. I can't see the faces because of that.
It's very good if you're not a drawer as you say, though.
I, personally, look down on pictures that are just copies of other though. I can't give this higher than a 3/5 sadly. I have seen some drawings on here that are just insanely amazing, and I need to save the 4 and 5's for them.
