These angels are Nina and Alexander from "Fullmetal Alchemist". They are trying to comfort Ed. If anyone has ever seen episodes 6 and 7, they would know the story and tragedy about this innocent little girl, Nina. How she was so young and so full of life, to have her life taken from her and not old enough to understand why.
This is an AMV I made to honor her.

- Oh my god! -eyes swell with tears- It's so beautiful.... poor Nina and Alexander!! They were so nice.... -has seen entire FMA anime and was hit hard by episodes 6 and 7- May they rest in peace...
