#2 Make the eyes a little smaller, and with fewer hard lines. Try not to push the pencil too hard.
#3 Hair is a little messy. Try to move your hand fast to keep the lines nice and smooth. (lol sorry for being picky)
#4 Eyebrows and lips a little to straight. Make them more curved and give it some dimmension. Eyelid shouldn't be quite so obvious if you wanna make it pretty.
But you did pretty well on the shoulder and chin. Make the neck a little longer too.
