For the ones that don't believe me deal with it..this is my original artwork, I worked very hard on it, and I have had people in my own home watch my create this. So don't think I am lying I am not, I don't have money for photshop or anything special.
When I can afford to get a better deal for myself I will edit it up later, my friends say it would look good in photoshop. XD

- Wunie, just stop. You're doing nothing but trolling now. You made your opinion known. So just go away and stop harassing her. I've seen her WIPs all week. Have you taken into consideration the fact that when you save something in pain as a .jpg, it changes the pixels slightly? Neko did an amazing job. Now go away. If you feel the need to report her, fine. I'm quite positive she will win out if that is the case.

Wunie, stop commenting on her page or you will eventually be slammed for harassment. She did not edit it on photobucket, nor was blur used. I helped her with the image so I have an intimate knowledge of what was done and when. :/
And for the record, you CAN get a "BLUR" like affect with paint if you put in the time and effort. Neko has worked on the image for over the past week and considering the time and effort put into it, she has successfully achieved the desired effect. - Report As Spam
