- Love the lips and hair, to improve I would say work on clothing textures, as these are lacking in realism (unlike the awesome skin, lips and hair) smile

- first off, i like it, its good. yes, not the most realistic-haha-but thats okay. I think you could have gotten darker in some areas( something i have trouble with too D: ) and i think the ear is a bit too high up.

- though I admit it's not realistic you definately do not fail. lol. it's difficult to get realistic skin on photoshop and the eyes make it looke animeish but its very good! ^_^
