- I think "klaora" covered most of it. Except the nose.. And I can see that you have some troubles on hands because you put them behind the back. I understand. neutral Hands are complicated. I have been working on learning them for a while. Also feet... The just look like.. Well.. Blocky things to me.. But keep it up and you'll do fine. :]

Cute, but please, please, please no lined paper. It ruins many good pictures!
Clean up your lines better and erase the smudgies for line-art.
Hair feels blocky. Try a more random assortment. Quick, light strokes with the pencil will accomplish this.
Define the legs better; they shouldn't bend quite like that. Looks almost like noodles. =/ Sorry.
Tail is a good example of how to do hair. Good job.
