i think its very well done with the tools you used. i like how you've managed to shape the lines. Maybe you could put darker shading in the hair/hat because it looks a bit... flat.
Oh, you should save your pictures in png format. Because jpeg ruins the colours and make it looks fuzzy at some edges.
