- Learning art is a hard process - you'll get shot down many times before you'll finally begin receiving praise, but it's good to realize that because criticism - even when it's not the best, it helps us develop. My art teacher once tore up a painting of mine I'd been working on for hours and told me to start over. I'm glad she did now, but back then I was very angry with her...

- See, drawing is like having a car: Just because you have a car (or the ability to draw), doesn't mean you know how to drive it (or how to draw). I'd definitely suggest studying painting and life drawing - as they'll help you a lot with learning how to draw. You're very good at coloring, keep practicing! ^^
