Well, in response to bunneh's comment... i wouldn't say not to change a thing... there's major problems that need addressing.
So, to the artist... look at the arm on her hip... that forearm is way to big, it makes her look manly. and the elbow, you should move it in more. It looks like her bone's about to come out of her skin. And i guess the last couple of things i'll bring up are the... you know what, never mind.
