The right arm bugs me a bit, and something about the legs...huh, I'll figure it out sometime.

The proportions are off, perhaps that is what is bugging you. The arms are too short, too thin, and the hands are too small. The knees are at weird levels and are signified by odd scribbles. The stripes on the shirt do not follow the body, which flattens the entire image out.
At least you're not hiding the hands or trying to cheat in other ways, you're actually trying to draw some of the more difficult parts of the body. Keep it up and you'll get better. - Report As Spam
