This is a character I made named Moon. I did everything from scratch on gimp. (kind of like photoshop) I know I attempted another art piece on gimp and failed...But I looked at some tutorials and learned some new stuff...So here's the finished product...I know it's still kind of lame xD ...Also I know her boobs look REALLY weird. xD

This isn't bad at all, though there is room for improvement.
Your line work looks a little too squared and her breasts aren't placed correctly. I do see pootential in this, though. Keep drawing ^ - ^

Gimp is great if you know how to use it. I suggest you make and employ some subtle variants? She looks very flat. If you need some advice, I'm not a complete expert, but feel free to contact me.
