it's interesting.. but if you want to be a big artist I'll warn you now an eye with a large unrealistic tear is huge cliche it's used in so many art peice. (just a heads up from a graphics designer.)

Try working on the shape.
There are too many eyelashes, and too bunched together.
The tear should well up inside the eye, right above the water line.
