The neck is fine. We don't know actually but real human don't have those short necks. By the way, some people have very long neck.
The eyes do seem as doll eyes.
Try to make more detail in it, like, shines, the little things do it.
Other than that,
this piece of art impresses me. It's VERY VERY good.

The necks' a bit long.
Also the eyes seem out of place a bit..they aren't as realistic as the rest of the drawing, I 'spose.
