yes my favorite of the original starter pokemon and it's evolutions used as a test for new coloring techniques^w^ all three are done differently but all are 100% digital useing only photoshop elements6 and my tablet. I'm trying to be able to have a good final product without line art, i did draw the line art and use it as a guide as i made this, but it was pretty basic.
