A piece of work I spent many hours for behind my laptop. Entirely made in photoshop CS3. Romana Angelica Tepes is an OC of mine in a story of Hikaru Kagamine. She's a young vampire still learning to use and control her powers and a student in 'open-to-all' species school: Akademy. (Yes, with a K) The outfit she's wearing is her uniform.
