The face and hair are wonderful. ^^ Blew me away.
The proportions on the rest of the body are a bit off, though... I recommend shortening the torso a bit, maybe lengthening that left-hand arm a bit to match the right arm (his left arm- yes, it's comfusing). Well done on all the details- you've got a very good eye for the shading and natural wrinkles of clothing!
