- Everything what Neigeux said + the lines look too straight. If you did this with MS paint, I recommend you using the pencil tool, so the lines don't look too stiff > ___ >

- looks really stiff. his ear is too small and you need to add more to the back of his hair. his chest muscle looks WAY too flat and he looks kinda slanted to the right
