- ok this is what i think. you have my props for using photoshop or whatever program you used. you did a very good job on the hair and the eyes or the eye that you can see and the eyelashes, but the rest of it is just ok. but there is room for improvment so improve it and then submit the improvment. what I think you should do is make the body a little wider, work on the use of color and the complementary colors, I would like to see the flowers and the ribbon improve as well. the hat is very good!
