Description:
This is my "macmasterpiece". In english, we read Macbeth
I decided to paint the three witches that are present. But the painting represents more than that. The whole play is a conflict of darkness vs. light. I feel it also represents the internal conflict of many of the characters; Macbeth, Lady Macbeth, Banquo. They all struggle with the good all possess, yet the dark that consumes them. This took me a total of 12 1/2 hours, and it was worth every minute, frustration, and mistake. - Date: 04/17/2010

- It's pretty good. If it wasn't for that purple witch, I'd give you a 5. Her face looks like it was made of clay and thrown hard against a flat surface... 4/5

- I LOVE it. I feel it also depicts the internal conflict~ Are you in English 4? I know we didn't read that in any of the years that i was in school and I have English four next year in my senior year. I love painting, even though I haven't had the proper metails to paint anything at all. ^_^;;; Lol. I really love that piece of literature! Maybe you should do one for Hamlet. biggrin
